Our approach
Refunds for ReadyCNAReviewpurchases are currently handled on a case-by-case basis. We want students and programs to feel confident, and we’ll review each request fairly.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@readycnareview.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.
What we consider
- When the purchase was made and how much of the content was used.
- Whether there was a technical issue that prevented access.
- Any applicable consumer protection requirements.
Program and bulk licenses
Refunds for school and program licenses may be subject to separate terms outlined in the applicable licensing agreement.
